To ensure that your garment lasts longer and always looks its best, we invite you to :
– Wash your hood(s) independently of your hoodie base
– Wash each element at 30° C.
– Spin speed ideally up to 800 rpm
– Reverse ironing
– Natural drying!
! NO TUMBLE DRYER! And you’ll still have a silky hoodie.
Gift cards
Gift cards range in value from €69 (for a single hoodie) to several thousand euros (for multiple purchases of hoodies and hoodie packs). Once you have made your choice and paid, you will receive two emails:
- First, an order summary, with the price, your name, email and phone number.
- Then a second e-mail with the Gift Card, the name of the person who will receive your gift and the code enabling them to activate the amount offered when placing an order.
The person who has received the Gift Card will be able to register as an Early Adopter, subject to availability, and benefit from current and future advantages.
WARNING!
– The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of order registration.
-After this period, 2 BE ONE will retain ownership of the sum.
-The gift card is strictly nominative: surnames, first names, emails and telephone numbers must appear on it.

Exchange :
Interested in an exchange? Here’s how it works: with your order number and e-mail address, send us an e-mail to contact@2-be-one.com and follow our logistics specialist’s procedure. Returned products must be in their original condition, accompanied by their packaging or in other perfect condition that leaves the garments intact.
Items with the presence of cigarette odor, deodorant or any other odor will be refused.
Items stained with traces of foundation or similar will also be refused.
The labels must be intact to speed up the processing of your return. As this is a pre-order system, we are planning to keep a small stock to facilitate exchanges. However, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of a replacement part. In this case, the refund will of course be made.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the products in their original condition.
Shipping costs :
For shipments to France, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, the shipping cost is €9.
For other European destinations (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Northern Macedonia, Moldavia, Monaco, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican), the shipping charge is €15.
For international shipments, the delivery charge is €25.
Are taxes included?
– European Union countries :
Our prices include all taxes for orders to European Union countries.
– Countries outside the European Union :
For orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of tax. These orders are subject to taxes and customs duties in the country of destination.
These costs and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are payable to the carrier upon delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase. In the event that the consignee refuses the parcel due to additional customs duties invoiced to the consignee upon receipt, 2 BE ONE reserves the right to invoice the amount of these customs duties initially due by the customer up to €25 (£25).
– United Kingdom:
Due to Brexit, all UK orders over £135/€150 are now subject to all taxes.
The costs and formalities of a country outside the European Union apply, and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are payable to the carrier upon delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase. Benefit from free returns to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Unspecified destinations will incur return shipping charges, leaving you to choose the carrier. For any exchange, we take care of shipping the new part, adding a touch of convenience to your experience!
