To ensure that your garment lasts longer and always looks its best, we invite you to :<\/p>\n

– Wash your hood(s) independently of your hoodie base
\n– Wash each element at 30\u00b0 C.
\n– Spin speed ideally up to 800 rpm
\n– Reverse ironing
\n– Natural drying!<\/p>\n

Gift cards<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gift cards range in value from \u20ac69 (for a single hoodie) to several thousand euros (for multiple purchases of hoodies and hoodie packs). Once you have made your choice and paid, you will receive two emails:<\/p>\n

  1. First, an order summary, with the price, your name, email and phone number.<\/li>\n
  2. Then a second e-mail with the Gift Card, the name of the person who will receive your gift and the code enabling them to activate the amount offered when placing an order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The person who has received the Gift Card will be able to register as an Early Adopter, subject to availability, and benefit from current and future advantages.<\/p>\n

    WARNING!<\/p>\n

    – The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of order registration.<\/p>\n

    -After this period, 2 BE ONE will retain ownership of the sum.<\/p>\n

    -The gift card is strictly nominative: surnames, first names, emails and telephone numbers must appear on it.<\/p>\n

    Exchange :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Interested in an exchange? Here’s how it works: with your order number and e-mail address, send us an e-mail to contact@2-be-one.com<\/a> and follow our logistics specialist’s procedure. Returned products must be in their original condition, accompanied by their packaging or in other perfect condition that leaves the garments intact.<\/p>\n

    Items with the presence of cigarette odor, deodorant or any other odor will be refused.<\/p>\n

    Items stained with traces of foundation or similar will also be refused.<\/p>\n

    The labels must be intact to speed up the processing of your return. As this is a pre-order system, we are planning to keep a small stock to facilitate exchanges. However, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of a replacement part. In this case, the refund will of course be made.<\/p>\n

    Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the products in their original condition.<\/p>\n

    For shipments to France, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, the shipping cost is \u20ac9.<\/p>\n

    For other European destinations (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Northern Macedonia, Moldavia, Monaco, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican), the shipping charge is \u20ac15.<\/p>\n

    For international shipments, the delivery charge is \u20ac25.<\/p>\n

    Are taxes included?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – European Union countries :<\/u>
    \nOur prices include all taxes for orders to European Union countries.<\/p>\n

    – Countries outside the European Union :<\/u>
    \nFor orders to countries outside the European Union, prices are quoted exclusive of tax. These orders are subject to taxes and customs duties in the country of destination.<\/p>\n

    These costs and formalities are the responsibility of the customer\/recipient. They are payable to the carrier upon delivery. You are responsible for the payment of all governmental taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the website or make a purchase. In the event that the consignee refuses the parcel due to additional customs duties invoiced to the consignee upon receipt, 2 BE ONE reserves the right to invoice the amount of these customs duties initially due by the customer up to \u20ac25 (\u00a325).<\/em><\/p>\n
